Alumni Symposium: Culinary Arts, a Success!

On March 24, over eighty alumni, faculty, parents and parents of alumni gathered in Red Hook, Brooklyn at Hometown BBQ to hear alumni speak about their positions in the New York City culinary arts world. Sam Sifton ’84 led the panel which included, Matt Fisher ’90, Liz Christensen ’99, Cassie Pallas ’02 and Emma Feigenbaum ’00, in an exciting discussion about the service industry, good food and the joy of eating and drinking together with friends and family. ¬†Hometown BBQ served up delicious bites of pulled pork tacos, sriracha wings and much more.
