Saint Ann’s Students Explore Cuba
A visit to Casa Fuster an ever evolving mosaic installation.
The Romance Languages department led a trip to Cuba in February, taking along thirty-one Saint Ann’s high school students. One week was spent in Havana before traveling onward to Matanzas and Trinidad. The trip allowed students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture, learn the history of the island, and practice their Spanish. Some highlights included enjoying the local music and dance, and admiring some incredible Cuban fine art.
