Tuesday, February 5, 2019 marked the Chinese New Year, celebrating the Year of the Pig. To commemorate the holiday students practiced the art of calligraphy, played ping pong, and participated in a martial arts lessons throughout the week. The celebrations concluded with a day of dumpling-making in the Ettl Lobby, while video footage from a celebratory gala in Beijing projected on-screen.
