This fall the Romance Languages department organized a Spanish Literary Series. Two well-respected Latin American writers, Eduardo Halfón (Guatemala) and Alejandro Zambra (Chile), visited the school and discussed their recent books. Students who attended the series had previously read the books in their literature classes, which allowed them to actively participate in the discussion.
