Now + Tomorrow: Our Campus Campaign

142 Pierrepont Street:
A New Space for
Every Saint Ann’s Student

After a decades-long search for space, we have acquired 142 Pierrepont Street, a 25,000-square-foot building across the street from the Farber Building. This once-in-a-generation opportunity will expand our campus, granting us the ability to center our school community around the four corners of Pierrepont and Clinton Street. Acquiring this space will allow the School to reimagine our campus and expand the experience of every Saint Ann’s student.

142 Pierrepont will create boundless opportunities for creativity, collaboration, and joyful learning for years to come.

142 Pierrepont will include:

  • Four Middle and High School general use classrooms
  • An Arts and Community Space — a place to practice, perform and play
  • Movement Space (for Dance and Recreational Arts)
  • A Lower School Science Lab
  • A new home for our Kindergarten
    • Four 20-student classrooms
    • Dedicated music room, art room, and reading room
    • Rooftop playspace designed by Cas Holman

In order to support this project, we have launched Now and Tomorrow: Our Campus Campaign, a $50mm campaign supporting both the endowment and the renovation and purchase of 142 Pierrepont Street. We have already successfully raised $20mm and are eager to speak to families about how to best support the School now and in the future. Our request to parents, grandparents, alumni, parents of alumni and friends is simple: make Saint Ann’s a philanthropic priority, and help ensure the School’s success for future generations of students. Gifts from the community during our first half century helped to create the School as we know it. Our shared responsibility now is to strengthen Saint Ann’s—to support the students now and tomorrow.
